Week 3 Part A.

Websites that need some help: 1. http://www.roverp6cars.com/ When check out this website, right off the bat it looked like a mess. You really don’t know where to look first. The links that they have available, only lead you to an abundance of more overwhelming information. You have no idea what their brand logo is, and furthermore, you really don’t know what their business is trying to sell or promote. There is only 1 link to a social media account and it was a little difficult to find. Although the website uses different colors in an attempt to grab attention, it does not flow well at all. When visiting this website, it felt like I stepped into a time machine that took you back to 1997. Overall, the website is very hard to navigate. This website could improve by creating a brand logo, creating better placement and up-to-date logo of social media link(s), They can have less pictures flanking the page, and create a clean simple layout with frequently desired quick access. Business reviews. Week 2 Part A

For this assignment I left a Google reviews on the following businesses: Burger Bench, Escondido Burger Bench is one of the top burger spots in North County IMHO. Often busy, the staff are still always welcoming and friendly. The food is delicious, they have a great local beer selection on tap, and the option for outdoor seating to enjoy the nice day or accommodate your pet. Please open again for breakfast! Abnormal Beer Co, Ranch Bernardo My family and I went out for dinner to Abnormal and we had a great experience. The service was efficient and friendly, the beer and food was great, and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. Thanks for the great food and drink!

Week 2 Part A

With the use of social media, information has the ability to spread far and wide. Social media platforms are free open sources where information can be read instantaneously   after a person shares their thoughts of a company. As long as an owner in being diligent and aware of what is being said, problems can quickly be identified, and hopefully resolved in a timely manner. People are social animals. We are far more likely to support a product or business that we see our friends and trusted acquaintances speak positively of. In the past, communications through business were nothing like they are today. Around 20 or so years ago (when Yelp became popular), businesses relied on TV ads, billboards, radio, newspapers, magazines, and good old fashioned word of mouth to get the word out regarding businesses, products, or services. In regards to feedback to businesses as a whole, physical written reviews and word of mouth were the most effective ways of communication. If the feeli...
